Landmark is a small restaurant located in downtown Northbrook. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. They offer wonderful burgers: Veggie, Turkey, Beef, Tuna, etc. Prices are reasonable and service is great.

Right in downtown Northbrook adjacent to the train tracks is an unassuming "drinkeatery". The menu has the usual selection of burgers and sandwiches at reasonable prices. I've ordered a number of items and they have all been tasty, but nothing remarkable. They also have a full bar with a good selection on tap or in bottles, but, again, nothing remarkable. The building has been in this location (although not as a bar/ restaurant) for something like 100 years (thus the name) so there's a bit of history. In the summer, they have a large deck for seating on the side of the building that is quite nice, as long as you don't mind the occassional train (I think its fun). Sometime I'd like to go back on a Friday or Saturday after 9pm to see what its like on weekend nights.

Pros: Historic Building, Decent Food ad Drinks

Cons: Everything is good, nothing is great
