This is the dirtiest most disgusting rehabilitation facility. I was going to bring my mom there for rehab and the room was filthy. The ceiling vent was hanging off the ceiling and the vent had a piece of card board in it to stop the constant flow of cold air. The area around the ceiling vent was either moldy or the maintenance man thought it was from a fire. The ceiling vent was also so dusty that it couldn't have been cleaned in 10 years. The floor fan was also so dusty that if it was turned on the entire room would have been filled with dust. The nursing care is also seriously lacking. My mother got off the bed and the alarm sounded. No one even checked on her for a good 10 minutes even though the room was right next door to the nurses stations. If you go on a tour of the facility make sure you look down hallways other than the areas the tour takes you on. That was the mistake I made. I found another facility that same day. I would not leave my mother in such a filthy facility with such sub-standard nursing care.

What I found at this community was kindness, care, and understanding. Compassion is the best medicine for any illness and I will always be grateful to everyone for the care received.

From the first day that my dad arrived, he and my family were treated with the utmost dignity and respect. All the staff members from every department exhibited friendliness, kindness, and concern. ...I was able to visit my dad five days a week, mostly during the second shift, and everyone was great. We had a lot of laughs and got to know so many of the residents and staff. ...While I was closest to the second shift staff, I know he was well-cared-for by all three shifts. Many of the little things the staff did really provided us with insight about the overall caring atmosphere.
