My girlfriend and I usually order carryout at least twice a month from here. Normally the food is pretty good as well as the service, until recently. I called in an order the same way I always do and went to pick it up. When I got there, my order was wrong (an item was missing) so I explained to the guy what I ordered. The girl who took my order came running up and started yelling at me. She told me that's not what I ordered, that's not what I said, talking loudly in front of everyone and belittling me. I explained that I order the same way every time and always get what I ask for and she went off again. Needless to say, I won't be going back anytime soon. If I ever see Amelia working, I will turn around and walk back out the door even if I've already ordered food. I've worked in customer service before and the customer is always right anyways. They need to get rid of this b***h!

My friends(a group of 5 Asian Indians) & I(a White American) went for a birthday dinner.The food was great.No doubts about that.However, we got the worst service ever.My friends were discriminated against for being foreigners.As soon as we got in,we asked for a table for 6,since the only empty ones that we could see were meant for 4.One of the servers just pointed out the section where we could go.We picked & sat a table only to realize that the roof was leaking right above.We moved to another table which was right next to the servers' workstation. All servers seemed extremely annoyed since we were sitting right next to their workstation. All they had to do was politely ask us to move instead of giving us the dirty looks.We were all like,"don't place a table there if you don't want anyone to sit there!Or even better,seat your guests when they enter in".Even though the place did not look busy,it took an extremely long time for our food to arrive.Our server didn't bother to ask us if we wanted refills for our drinks.She was impolite & genuinely uninterested in our table.We ordered another dish,& it just took forever for them to get it.We asked for containers for leftovers & the server gave us too few(small) containers.We asked for plates and forks for the birthday cake and the server gave us only 4 plates for 6 people.We had to share plates! We had to wait for at least 15 minutes for our bill after we were done eating.She just disappeared.We actually had to get up and ask her to give us the check.after being disappointed with the service provided, we decided to leave a tip of only 10%.When she noticed that, she and another waitress made it a point to loudly comment about how "terrible" it was of us to leave a tip like that while we were still at the table getting ready to leave.All this while,I realized how the remaining customers(mostly Americans) received good service.My foreign friends didn't complain & left quietly.I was ashamed of being a fellow American!

I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings several times and haven't been disappointed. It can be very busy during lunch or dinner, of course. The service is ok, but the food is great. They have the best ranch chicken burger....yum! I have tried the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti BWW and the one in Ferndale is definately better.
