I was fitted for a new Le Mystere Renaissance bra on 5/12/07 and was told it would have to be ordered, because was the last bra they had. I said fine. The tag said $66.00, but I had to pay $68.00, because they went up $2.00. (I'm not sure why the tag was not changed), but I said okay, fine. I was told it would be in about 2 weeks, and that I would be contacted when it arrives. At the end of 2 weeks, I called them. I was told it would be in about the middle of following week. I called 6/1/07, and was told it was in. (I was never notified), but anyway.... When I get home, I noticed the bra was not packaged, so of course, I handwashed it. After the first wear, I went back for an exchange, because I thought it was too tight. The owner assured me it was a good fit and gave me an extension. I mentioned the price difference, and she explained that there are too many to change when there is a price difference. HOWEVER, when she saw the ticket in the bag that had been attached to my NEW bra, she said, "Oh she did do this wrong", referring to the Customer Service Rep. So, the owner threw in a laundry bag for my troubles. After I left, I thought about what the owner had said. It seems to me that I never received the new bra that I ordered and paid $68.00 for, but rather the old one that was left, with the $66.00 tag. I've work retail for many years, and I've never seen such low display of integrity. It seems the owner would have tried to make things right, instead of giving me an extension, why not just give me the "pre-packaged" bra that I ordered. It seems I waited 3 weeks for a bra I never received, but rather the same bra that was already there. What do you think? Was I cheated? .

This fantastic lady is a God-send! She helped my best friend when she had Breast Cancer at the age of 36-she was kind, understanding and even compassionate. When she did my friends measurements she found out that she had been wearing the wrong size for years.
