The furnace in one of my rentals quit. I called Service Experts. They said it was useless. The furnace needed a new control board. It would cost $895.00. .In fact I really should replace the furnace at $3000.00 and I should do it today, RIGHT AWAY. I was stunned and a little taken aback because of the quick up sale. Called Rob Bell (he knows a lot of contractors) He recommended R & W in Lebanon Ohio. They came right out,figured the problem out, fixed it.It was the control board. I just got the bill from R & W. $344.75. Just wanted everyone to know.

This is the service I received from the ??Service Experts? 7/23/11

Our AC failed on Thursday. My wife called on Friday morning and set the first appointment available (Saturday 10-12). She received an email confirming this. My wife called around 10:30 on Saturday and we were told we were the techs next appointment. No one showed and we called at 1:30pm and asked when he is coming. The operator told us our appointment was 12-2??? not 10-12 but we were next to be seen.?? We called again at around 2pm and were given the same response. At 3:30 we called again and the operator told us that the tech called us and no one answered. My wife had given them her cell phone as the contact and the tech called my number on file. I said that we had called multiple times and each time corrected the phone number with the operator. The operator said that they would be the techs next appointment. We called again at around 5 and were given the same response. When we called at around 7:30 we were told that the tech could not be reached...?? So we continued to wait?. We waited at our house from 10am to 11pm on a Saturday(you have 24hr service!?). No one ever called us all day, except the tech at 2:50 to the wrong number. On Sunday morning we again called and operator acted like our appointment had expired and then told us that it would be double the price to schedule an appointment on Sunday. At that time my wife said no thank you and we spent another day without cooling. On Monday I called one of your competitors, I received a call before my appointment time giving an updated estimate of the techs arrival and a second call 10 minutes before they arrived. My cooling was fixed at noon on Monday. This is the type of service I have gotten from you in the past and what I expect from a service contractor. Since then I have received no contact from anyone at your company even though I have asked for it by phone, and online (by the way it has been over 24 hours as stated in your auto reply email) and even on your Twitter account. I guess you have a high volume situation in this department and it run like the rest of your company. I feel that I am only left with the one recourse in this situation; to tell everyone how you treated your customer.

Have owed us a refund of 180.00 for over a month. We have been lied to on three occasions and find them not to be honorable. Knochelmann's have sold out to a national group whom we find to be lacking in customer service to say the least.

I am an insurance agent and clients often ask who I would refer them to for heating, a/c, plumbing, etc. I have and continue to suggest Knochelmann Service Experts to friends, family, and clients alike. They do excellent work, sell only high quality services, and are competitively priced. While they are not always the cheapest, I believe you get what you pay for. And what you get with Knochelmann is always to satisfaction. They do great work for me and those that I refer to them. Theya re a business based on integrity and on doing things the right way always. I would highly reccomend them to anyone who is in need of the services they provide.

I hired TMAAT to help load furniture for 2 hrs from my apartment to a moving truck that I rented. Here is what went wrong: The men called 4 hrs before they were supposed to arrive to tell me they were on their way. They arrived 40 min later and then spent 15 min parking their moving truck they were'nt supposed to bring. I was then billed for all this time. They ended up moving furniture for only 40 minutes and insisting their time was up. About this time I noticed my purse was missing. I had gone to the ATM earlier that day to get 60 dollars for a tip. The funny thing about this is that about a half an hour before I noticed my purse was missing, I heard the movers carrying furniture in the hall saying, ""No, you have sixty bucks!"" I should have put two-and-two together, but I was busy scrubbing my kitchen. While I was frantically looking for my purse, the movers didn't bother to help, they just called in the billing information. They didn't care until my fiancee confronted them as they tried to leave and told them we called 911. Immediately they began acting as if they wanted to help us find the purse. This is the same picture they painted for the police. I do believe the movers took my purse, as they were the ONLY people in my apartment. Because of this occurrence, I am out a $400 purse, wallet, all identification, sales vehicle and personal keys, a $200 wallet and many other valuables. Not to mention, the days I missed work visiting various government bureaus to get new IDs, moving all banking accounts, cancelling credit cards and setting up identity fraud alerts. I am now represented by an attorney, as TMAAT refuses to take responsibility. I have since learned that the 2 movers have extensive criminal records. Currently, 1 of them is in jail for felonious assault and the other left the company just after my move. Hmmmmmmm? Today, I learned Two Men and a Truck are willing to settle by offering me a mere $26.00. How would you feel if you were me? \r\n\r\n

I had won a contest from this company. It was all great, I picked up my prize etc. Well about a year later, I needed some heater/air conditioning work done. I called the company thinking I'd give them the business. About a year later, I'm still waiting for that call back. Apparently they don't need the extra business. We've since looked elsewhere.
