Great location, service, and most of all....GREAT FOOD! They have one of the largest menus of any BBQ restaurant in Virginia, and the quality is out of this world. Even when dining with large groups, I have always received attentive service. It can be a bit of a wait during the lunch hour, due to the convenient location, but very much worth the few extra minutes you will wait. The take-out portion of Red Hot & Blue is just as wonderful. I highly recommend!

great idea for eating out. excellent bbq. great pricing. smells great. very messy. not recommended for a romantic date as you look like a pig eating this mess. enjoy every last lick off the fingers. lots of locations.

I went there a while back and was underwhelmed by the ribs. Dry, not very well seasoned, stringy, I am not a fan of Memphis style barbecue unless it is very skillfully prepared, and this isn't. I had the pulled pork sandwich more recently and it was fairly good, though. Decent sweet, tangy sauce, nice chunks of pork. Gummy bread though and bland slaw, though.
PROS: Decent pulled pork sandwiches
CONS: Poor ribs
