You can not return items for refund.
I was sold a defective aquarium heater that looked like it had been repackaged when I opened it.
The heater almost killed my fish.
When I returned the product, I was offered only exchange.
In this day and age there is no excuse for a no-refund return policy.

I stopped in there... i forget what I was looking for... and I went to the bird cage because I love them. The poor little budgies had bowls of water on the bottom that was so dirty it was brownish. The bowls of water should not be on the floor because birds put their doo doo in it and there was birds sitting in it. That makes it undrinkable. Also the bottom of the cage had ceder chips which is not good. The whole place was really smelly and stunk like they never clean the store. I feel very bad for the birds but I would not buy one there.

Monster Pet is more concerned with making money that caring for the pets they sell.
Anyone purchasing a pet from Monster Pet is condemning the remaining and future pets to a life of illness and despair. Monster Pet sells sick animals and if an animal is too sick to sell MP takes it to the SPCA to be euthanized. My purchase cost me 6 times the purchase price in Veterinary bills and for my trouble, tears and money I was rewarded with burring my pet in the back yard.
Thanks Monster Pet! One day I hope that I will be able to wash these painful memories from my heart.

Cons: Sick Pets, Greedy Store Owners.
