Credit Ana Paulino whom my wife and I worked with at your facility with selling us the car. I usually walk out when I feel I am being pressured by a salesperson. In this case, although I told Ana I wanted information and was going to check other car dealers before making a decision, I never aviled myself of that opportunity because Ana was so convincing that I was getting the best deal possible without pressuring us, that I signed on the dotted line and bought the car. Bimi who explained the warranties and other products was also very helpful and pressure-less

The parts dept. at Rockland Toyota was unaccommodating when I lost my keys. They did not show any competency or problem solving skills when I presented the predicament I was in. I will never turn to Rockland Toyota for ANY assistance in the future. With that said, other dealerships in Sullivan and Orange County have been the complete opposite and extremely helpful. They are more deserving of what ever "award" or recognition that this dealership gloats about.

The service is absolutely horrible. They are unprofessional as a business. I do not recommend anyone purchasing an automobile from this dealership. They are the worst.

We bought a 2010 Toyota Camry XLE V6 . We drove almost an hour to buy the car. They were able to get the color we wanted at a much much better price in 2 days over the holiday weekend!
The car is as nice as the Acura RL we were replacing And the dealership treated us as if we were buying a Lexus. They did everything right down to Aaron programing my wife's phone #'s into the bluetooth phone and setting up the Satellite Radio stations .Jason must have called us 3 times over the weekend to keep us posted and make sure everything was all set when we got there. Evan also at the dealership made sure everything went well and that we were !00% satisfied! I would buy another car from them without reservation.

My experience was absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The staff is uncooperative and we felt as if we were being lied to. In the end I was forced to purchase my vehicle elsewhere because they could not deliver on their promises & would not return my rather large deposit in a timely fashion.

Our family has purchased two vehicles from this dealership. The art of buying a car is probably mostly based on the dealership you chose. This place is tops. The service and assistance they provided when first researching a car was top notch. More importantly, when my daughter crashed her car, the repair quality and timeliness was world class. The service they provided after the purchases of both cars has been remarkable. Royce, our sales person, is someone I would not hesitate to recommend.. WE will probably be heading over there soon ourselves, for a third Toyota.
If something works, why look elsewhere?
