Reproductive Services

I was in this facility just a couple of weeks ago and I have to say I disagree with most of these reviews. Yes there was a long wait, but I have waited just as long in my personal doctors office and didn't get as much attention as I did here. The entire staff was very caring and sensitive to my needs, with one exception, the blonde haired nurse. She was very rude, short and just mean, and it wasn't just with me, she was like that with other staff members and girls that were there. I'm really not sure why she's even there. So if you just steer clear of her, your experience will be worth the wait. So ladies all I have to say is if you find yourself in the same situation I found myself in, go here and let these ladies take care of you.

When you come to the decision of having an abortion, it is a big deal obviously! It wasn't the staff at Reproductive Services that was horrible, it was the way they go about doing the whole process. As one of the other reviewers had said, they rush you through; and don't give you your other options or explain anything, they are just there to get that money! I got there at 8:00 am, and you would think they would explain what was going on, not likely. After a crazy process of an ultrasound, blood drawn, and a few others, you get to wait for like another 5 hours before you can see the doctor. I sat there and waited until 2:00 before they gathered like 14 girls into a room together and then explained that we have to take this pill and a bunch of other crap. The doctor was not professional at all. Made me wonder a few things, but anyway, this place needs to re-think how they go about this whole abortion process and the way they treat the girls that come for their service. I felt so disrespected, like I just do this kind of thing everyday!! Not likely, this was such a big decision for my husband and I. I would not recommend going to this place, especially if you have another alternative clinic closer to you.

I had read the review that the woman had a bad experience and personally it made me very nervous to go. I have to say you cant expect to be treated like your in a luxury hotel your going there to kill your child bc of your own selfishness, unless you have a medical reason, if you dont want another child you should be on birth control or use condoms.
The staff at reproductive services is very caring and I thought they did a really good job now yes there is a lot of waiting but would you honestly want them to rush you through everything, I know I wouldn't and yes everybody shows up at the same time which there is not 30 to 50 ppl there building would not fit that many. Plus if you dont want to be there all day show up early i got there an hour early and got out of there in two and a half hours.
Now when i was there i honestly dont think that some of the girls thought through what they were actually doing its not a decision you should make overnight it should be thought through carefully and nobody can make it for you considering you are the one that has to live with yourself. Now there was girls there that cried and acted like it was everybody elses fault but there own. FYI if your crying that means you probably dont need to go through with it.
Ok so the things that i didnt like about reproductive services is the fact that they did not talk to about any other options which i guess they thought that you already have.... having the ultasound was a different experience they have the probe and its like they just violate you and run it lasts like two seconds. but other than that the staff was great i loved the dr she was very nice the nurses were great i liked all of them except i didnt know what to think about the one that calls everyone ladybug she rushes a lil to much for me. But all in all i would recommend this place to anyone.
Oh and will answer the question that i had before i went there is no picket lines most other places do have these.

I am so sorry the reader below had a bad experience. Abortion (whether having one or going with a friend) is never a pleasant experience. The staff at Reproductive Services is friendly, accommodating and pleasant. There is a lot of waiting around due to politics mainly (if stupid Republican men would just please keep their hands off my body - thank you), but also due to in-depth counseling, pristine medical attention and patient care. Abortion isn't something that should be rushed. Again, I am sorry that the patient below had a bad experience during her "first time" at an abortion clinic - maybe next time will be better.

If you are planning to get an abortion or anything to do with this clinic, PLEASE dont go here. They give horrible service and dont really care about you. They just want money and to get as many people in as they can. I personally had my first experience there and will never ever go there again. I drove 2 hours to get there only to have the same time appointment as 30-50 other girls getting abortions also. I was the 10th person there and one of the last 5 girls to be done! It was ridiculous! How do they expect to cram 30-50 girls at a time! Every time they would discuss something with you or tell u to do something they said it real fast like robots talking. After talking to 3 of the staff members, I finally had to threaten for a refund if I didnt get seen for my last session b/c they make u do this then wait then this then wait then that and wait some more. I was finally done after 3.5 hours of being there! OUTRAGEOUS!
