I ordered two items from Jenni Bick's two weeks ago - one item for my mother and one for my mother in law for the holidays. I was called three days after my order to say that one of the two items was not in stock. The employee who called me confirmed that the second item would arrive on time.

When the second item for my mother in law didn't arrive on time, I called Jenni Bick's only to find out that they had canceled the second order because it also wasn't in stock -- without calling me to notify me that I would not receive any of the items I had ordered a week and a half prior through their website.

They then offered to replace the second item and quoted me $45 for that product and offered to ship it overnight free of charge. When I received my item, the total bill was for $90. They had charged me for the original item that I ordered for my mother in law, as well as for shipping. Also, the replacement item that was sent had a small, but noticeable scratch on the leather cover.

Inconsistent staff communication and poorly delivered products. This company's poor customer service has left me with no personal gifts to give this season. Will never purchase from Jenni Bick Bookbinding again.
