My wife and I love a good gyro. We've tried several places in Cleveland (and in other cities). We stopped into Salti's to try their gyros recently. The place is somewhat new to our neighborhood. They put pickles in their gyro which was different for us but we love trying new things. It had an interesting taste. I can't say we loved it but it wasn't bad. We will probably return but we aren't sure if we will always get our gyros with pickle.
The staff was nice and the carry out food was timely and well prepared.
It isn't a place for a formal date but a great place for a "hole-in-the-wall" casual lunch in the neighborhood.
It is surely worth trying at least once. We'll be back to sample other menu items.
