Deceptive advertising and delivery charges they have the address at the time of delivery but do not tell you they will be charging you until the bill arrives and by then it is to late.

Piccolo's is an Omaha tradition and not without merit. They deliver the most exquisite and fresh floral arrangements of anyone in the area. They seem to have a knack for selecting just the right flower or plant for every occasion be it congratulations bouquets or funeral bouquets. Their staff is able to tastefully select and prepare a floral arrangement for any occasion. If you don't know what you want to have, they are great at showing you all sorts of selections until you find what is perfect for you and your recipient. Great place. Great prices. Wonderful delivery service.

Piccolos is located in the heart of downtown Omaha. The prices are alright, but the quality you find is worth it. Customer service is okay, but expect a wait most of the time.
