Then after the deal, had to pay an additional $150 because they screwed up on their calculations. Also, had to return 3 different times to fill out paperwork they somehow forgot any of the other times I was there.
They held my license plates hostage till I came in with checkbook in hand.
If you do have the ill fortune to buy a vehicle from these jerks, make sure to read through all your paperwork and keep your phone handy. After multiple trips back (44 miles away), the only thing they have to say is "I don't know what to tell you." They could try to give me a free car, and I'd tell them where to stick it!

I called them and told them the information, I was told that the warranty had expired the month before and there was nothing they could do. I know they sold me a faulty vehicle and now the vehicle is not running and hasn't been for four months. Never spend your money here for a new or used vehicle, they have very poor customer service, and try to treat you like you know nothing. I also filed a complaint with the better business breau and will tell anyone who will listen to not buy from them or thier affiliates. I still however want a honda just not from them or any of their associates. Now I'm stuck with astronomical car repairs and a note. They knew full well the vehicle was faulty and even after returning there to the service department three times I was told the vehicle was in fine condition and needed no repairs. Don't trust these people nor spend your money there you will regret it.

To add insult to injury the finance guy, kept trying to push the wrap around extended warranty for $1,500 extra and our insurance company offers an extended warranty for $300. Finally we asked the finance guy, does anyone receive a commission based on the purchase of the $1,500? No sir! However after further investigating, the company that sponser the warranty, affirmed the dealership does receive a commission. We do extensive traveling, so we purchase the vehecile with a GPS system. The main operating CD was mising from the GPS, so, everytime we start the vehicle it requests to install the GPS CD. Of course we have none to install, for over a month, we have spoken to nearly everyone asking, where, when , even how do we get the GPS CD. Our answer for the day and each day we ask it's in the mail. You would think during these tough times, automotive dealerships would be busting their butts and trying to please their customers, to get repeat business ansd customer referrals.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I have never been so offended during a sales process in my life. So here's what happened. My husband went through their internet sales department and negotiated a price with them. We told them that we would be using a Capital One auto finance check, and they said that was fine. Once we got there and started signing the paperwork, their finance manager, Rick, came in and asked if we wanted a better rate through their financing department. We declined and said that we were happy with Capital One, and he said ok. Then, a few minutes later he came back in and asked if he could show the Capital One check to his general manager. Mind you, we've now told this dealership twice that we will be using this check from Capital One, and they've been fine with it. So now, Rick comes back in and says they can't take this financed check from Capital One. BTW, my husband and I have perfect credit and have used Capital One auto finance to buy two other vehicles...one of which was a Honda!!! Just from a different dealership. Anyway, they say that can't take it after wasting our time. They could have just told us that on the phone.

Unbelievable what happens next. The sales manager then comes in and starts talking very condescendingly to us, like we aren't the customer that is about to spend $25 grand at there establishment. He keeps telling us how they might have to wait a couple of weeks to get paid. Duh, that's what a check is fool. Anyway, at that point we told them we did not like being disrespected and talked to this way and left without buying the car.

What happened to customer service and treating the customer well? This was a horrible experience and is enough to make me not want to even buy a honda period, even from a different dealership.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Spend your money somewhere where they know how to treat their customers."

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I have never been so offended during a sales process in my life. So here's what happened. My husband went through their internet sales department and negotiated a price with them. We told them that we would be using a Capital One auto finance check, and they said that was fine. Once we got there and started signing the paperwork, their finance manager, Rick, came in and asked if we wanted a better rate through their financing department. We declined and said that we were happy with Capital One, and he said ok. Then, a few minutes later he came back in and asked if he could show the Capital One check to his general manager. Mind you, we've now told this dealership twice that we will be using this check from Capital One, and they've been fine with it. So now, Rick comes back in and says they can't take this financed check from Capital One.
