I'm not sure what happened that day, but when I order from them they are always nice and friendly. Just because someone repeats an order why is that wrong? Don't you want your food to be correct? Did you make sure they read it back right, instead of getting upset that they repeated your order. If not maybe if you paid attention your food would've been right. Whenever I order the reapeat my order also and I make sure it is right. Maybe you should do the same next time you order from anybody. As far as the driver getting lost, it happens sometimes. You could've acted like a nice customer or human and helped the driver out and worked with him, maybe he would've found you quicker, and why would they drive on Briley that doesn't even follow Gallatin Rd. I don't think you have your facts straight or wasn't listening to the driver. Granted they are delivery drivers that doesn't mean they can't have a slip up and get lost they are human like everyone else. You really sound like a rude and unhappy person that you couldn't leave your office to get what you realy wanted. When I call in for a delivery order I don't have any trouble with my food, it always tastes great and looks good. I work with them and listen to what they are saying.

I work about 2 miles away from where this store is located. Today I couldn't get out of the office, so I decided to order myself a pizza. I placed the order around 3pm. The person on the phone had a horrible and hard to understand accent and made me repeat my order and my credit card number three times. He was very short and unfriendly. Then it was about an hour and fifteen minutes before I heard from them again...I received a very rude phone call trying to figure out my location. I spent about twenty minutes on the phone with the delivery guy who was lost somewhere on Briley and 65 trying to figure his way here. I'm new to town, but know the city enough to know that where I work is south of Gallatin Pike where they are located. When I told little buddy that he should be heading south towards 40, he rudely corrected me that he was going east on Briley...I don't even know if you can go east from where he was at, but why was it my responsibility to tell him how to get here? Isn't that the point of delivery, to have a meal easily delivered to you without having to worry about anything but paying for the meal? I mean seriously, get a freakin GPS or google directions, but don't call me complaining that you can't find me when I'm only two miles away from you and on a main road right off of a main road. Its not hard. Either learn where you're going or don't be a delivery driver.
THEN, to make it worse...my food was cold, there was hardly any toppings on my pizza, and the green olives that were supposed to be green were actually black...not by mistake but bc they were old.

My stomach hurts....I think I'm gonna go throw my food up now.

Pros: none.

Cons: cold food, old toppings, rude service, delivery dude has NO CLUE where he's going
