Ball Debi - Summit Plastic Surgery

Recently I received Restylane and Botox from Dr Brian Lee. From the appointment scheduling to the procedure and followup, I received nothing but professional care. I have friends who have seen other physicians in the practice and they are quite pleased with them as well. I would highly recommend this group of doctors.

I saw Dr. Mancoll last year for my double chin and he automatically suggested a chin implant. I was not interested in that at all and he told me that was my only option. He was nice nice, friendly, and did not make me feel at all comfortable. I had to wait for about an hour to be seen for under 5 minutes. I would go elsewhere than Summit Plastic Surgery and find a place where your doctor is nice and gets the big bucks they deserve.

My experience was only with Dr. Mancoll, so I can't address any of the other physicians at SPS. Dr. Mancoll did an excellent job on my surgery, however I strongly recommend being very adamant about the results you desire. I ended up with different results than what I had discussed with him just prior to the surgery. I was also very upset when I went in for my pre-op appt the day before my surgery and was told that they had to reschedule my surgery because the Dr. wouldn't be in town the next day. Apparently he forgot to tell his scheduling department that he had a meeting in another state that day. I didn't feel it was very professional to wait till I came in for my appt less than 24 hours before my surgery to tell me about this little "boo-boo." Questions that the doctor answered about billing were also not accurate. I was told that there would only be one fee, when in reality there were four separate fees to different offices I had to pay. All that being said, Dr. Mancoll did overall do a good job on my surgery. Cosmetic wise he did a wonderful job, it's just not exactly what I desired as far as size. The office staff was very pleasant and helpful, however wait times are atrocious! At one appointment, I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen for 5 minutes! That on top of the fact that getting an appointment within two months of when you call will NOT happen. Far too many appointments are scheduled for each day. I seems to me that someone there needs to understand that the rest of us have lives and schedules too!
