This is the BOA branch closest to me, but I avoid going there if I can. Unlike all other new banks that have branches open late or even on Sundays, BOA still only opens from 9 to 5, and closes by noon on Saturdays. The last time when I had to conduct some business with a banker (and not a teller) at the branch, I went there for 3 consecutive weekends, and waited over 40 minutes each time. The first two times I just gave up and went home. I was finally able to finish my transaction on the third try. The wait time was just horrible, and the waiting area was extremely small. When I mentioned the wait time to the banker, she told me she knew but there was nothing they could do. At the same time, they had full-time greeters whose only responsibility seemed to be greeting incoming customers in the lobby. It would seem more efficient if those greeters can join the others and process transactions to keep the line moving.

PROS: Good location.
CONS: Extremely long wait, small waiting area.
