No extra charges, full time attention, friendly staff?.. This gym is awesome. It??s near by to my home. It??s so reasonably priced. All the classes are start on the time and helped there great trainers.

I like Ultimate fitness gym in Patchogue. It is situated on perfect location. You can workout with out any hesitation, staff is very helping. After your workout you can enjoy healthy meals in cafeteria. Cafeteria place has look like a classic restaurant which is great!!!!!!!

Gym itself is nice. Membership policy is better then other. Cancellation policy have easy way. Start new classes session coming soon like self defense. Crowdie gym but well organized. Staff are politely and corporative. I was never seen before.

I am a membership holder of this gym since one year. There are multiple varieties of classes from karate to Salsa dance class. Well organized machines like cardio and elliptical, treadmill also. When I join the gym I feel changed my thinking so healthy so positive. I love to this gym.

For fitness lover??. if you want be stronger, your body looking dashing then you must join ultimate fitness gym. Great classes here like basic weight lifting class, warm-up class, karate class and most interesting Salsa dance class. I really appreciated all these classes.

One complains of this gym that is not good television service especially on treadmills and elliptical. Television has limited channels. Overall gym services are very good.

This summer I want to enjoy join to gym. Recently I join to ultimate fitness gym. I appreciate these services they provided us. Equipments are well condition like treadmill area is superb. I did my workout on time, listen music during my workout. I have great spent time here.

Gym is nice and facilities are good. Clean place but crowded in evening. Management is great special I like the manager behavior she is so sweet and managed very well. She was helped me in every issue.

I have been a member for more than 2 years and this gym maintained our quality day by day. Management understands our responsibility they repair equipment timely, place is clean up, locker room is good. I recommended it to friends.

I don??t go to gym I don??t know why? I understand that work out in gym has no means but after some time I feel that I am wrong. Exercise gives strong body and muscles and maintained body function. I join gym recently and I am totally crazy about build up six pack.

I will preference that I work out in gym by near my home. Before joining I was visit to gym. I saw the gym provide good services, machines are well. For my enjoyment and expediency I would love to do more. One thing which is notice to me music system are not well there. I would also hear music during to my work out.

2 things have fascinating for me. First is pool and second is steam room. When tired after workout. I take steam to my body and relaxed in steam room. My Mom and DAD also come here and enjoy to time

I got my membership finally. I gain a lot of weight because I am an office working person all spend day on my chair no in office, no extra time fetch from my work schedule. Feel hesitating go to public places. My friends suggest me that join to gym and work out there. I prepared my self for this new task. I think it??s enjoyable for me.

I think its small place but people looking satisfied because that gym fulfills all the requirement of people. Treadmills area well managed and the dressing room are clean up. Staff is well trained here and they did very well job. They provide consultancy also about your health if you don??t have a client, good service.

Here class starts on bad time I mean the entire customer are reached on time but the trainer reach not on time. We were losing our precious time. This was ridicules but after some time management consider our customer requirements. They changed the trainer and new trainer is very dedicated. She is looking very hot hahahha.

The GYM structure is uncomplicated, but well-organized and everything works. I cannot complain it is one of the greatest prices I found, it is expediently situated for me; locker room is for all time dirt free. Member ship owner are nice people here. I would suggest it for others people.

Firstly when the gym starts I am very excited because this gym situated nearby my home. The building up grated. There equipment is well condition. I spend quality time here and work out daily.

The atmosphere is really good but some people are there unpleasant for others especially for ladies. They have no manners. I think management should be strong in this case. Otherwise all things are clear.

I joined this gym various reasons. I get many opportunities at a time like mixed art class, Karate, Jeet kune do, Ground Grappling, Boxing, its all my favorite. I can attend to several classes. When my active membership I was very glad because these all things are awesome.

This gym sucks ass. Who ever keeps giving it five star reviews must work there. The place is filthy, the machines don't work, the manager is a rude, disgusting slob. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Yes, it's a "no-frills" gym,but that doesn't mean it should be a dump either.

What a crappy gym. The new owners are as bad as the old. Nothing works and nothing gets fixed. I've been complaining to the front desk for nearly two MONTHS that the cardio machines are not working properly. They always give me some nonsense about waiting for technicians to come fix them. However, after two months they are still not working, they are worse in fact. The ladies locker room is absolutely disgusting. Perhaps they should work on fixing the equipment and stop knocking holes in walls.

Oh yeah, VS or whom ever you are, stop posting your bogus reviews all over the internet. The gym sucks and you know it.

Pretty scuzzy gym. They've been doing construction for 6 months so there is always some sort of issue, though it's slowly improving. It used to be friendly, which was its strongest point, but there's a guy there named Mark who is so flat-out rude I'll be signing up with another gym.

Been coming to this gym for a few years in some part because of the ample parking. I would have agreed with most of the negative comments up until a few weeks ago. A new company named Ultimate Fitness did indeed take the place over. In a short time they did a lot of nice changes. The place is much cleaner to start. The broken equipment is getting fixed and they said they are getting tons of new equipment! They put up signs telling us of the changes. It all looks great. You can tell even the staff that they kept is on board. They actually lowered the monthly price to $19.99 and I can now use any of their other gyms with my one membership.
Anyway, that's my point of few. I'm staying right where I am. Five Stars in a few months I hope.

So, the last reviewer is mostly right. This place was probably nicer a few years ago. A lot of the cardio machines are in disrepair, and even fewer of the TVs attached to those machines function. Not really a problem for me, since I don't go to the gym to watch TV.

The gym *is* a little grimy. A lot of the weight machines have cracked upholstery, and yes, it seems that the staff doesn't quite care. The men's room is kind of gross, but I don't use it, and I've never tried the steam room, shower, or sauna. I just work out and leave.

I haven't attended many classes, but my wife checked out a few and she hated them. She felt that the instructors were lacking in proper form and didn't really seem to be in great shape anyway.

The good news is that this place is really really cheap and is pretty much the only gym I can walk to (I live in Jackson Heights). It has ample parking, but is not near any subway lines (it's about a 25 minute walk from the R train). Also, recently, there have been signs posted the place has come under new ownership and will soon be fixed up. That will cause rates to go up, but it will probably be worth it.

In short, this is a no-frills gym where you can come to get a workout without having to pay too much. It is not luxurious or really very classy. What do you expect though? It is called BQE Fitness.

LMFAO!!! Ok so check it out, those 5 star comments are most likely written by the staff.. Ok let me give you a taste of how the gym is right now. First of all ALL the cardio machines are broken. u might be able to walk on the treadmill, but good luck finding a machine where the tv works or even the heart rate. The womans steam room does not get hot, and the last 2 times I went in I saw waterbugs. the staff is sooooo not friendly, every time you complain about the broken machines they look at you like "oh well, nothing we can do" The skinny chick with the fake boobs hasn't cracked a smile in a year or so, doesnt even say hello when u walk in, which is fine but don't tell me staff is friendly. When I first joined, the gym was upkept< but the stupid ass owner is building some sort of soccer field, so hes letting the whole gym go to sh!t while he's tending to his project. All the members are bothered by the conditions, all the ones I spoken to are going to go to other gyms when membership is over..And so will I...Dont waste your money people.!!

The Bqe is such a great gym. With alot to offer! It's not only a great place to have a good work out but also there are alot of beautiful girls to mingle with.. This place sure makes you feel like home! The staff is friendly and all the cardio is updated and new! Love the Bqe!

I have been coming to this club for a lot of years. The changes that started a couple of years ago and are still happening are making this club a terrific place to work-out. The equipment is up to date and kept clean, the staff is very helpful and the gym itself is kept in good order. I like that there is a juice bar that not only offers drinks, I can get healthy sandwiches and snacks. This club offers its members a lot and the fee is very reasonable.

I love this gym..have been a member for many years. you dont need luxury you need convenience and availability. The best classes and most in astoria, biggest gym in astoria. tried all the others nothing comes close.
