Loc Thai

Mr. Loc Thai is an excellent real estate agent. Although I did not purchase my home from him I really enjoyed his services and insight into the real estate market. I plan to contact Mr. Loc Thai when I am ready to purchase my next home which I decided will have an Asian flare to it. His extreme knowledge of the local San Francisco market paired with his knowledge of Asian architecture and Asian style is a winning combination. I highly recommend his services and if you are looking for a very experienced independent agent with special skills he is the man for the job.

Mr. Loc Thai is an honest real estate agent who will value the relationship with his clients by offering them valuable tips with a wonderful real estate buying experience by providing them reasons why to buy or not to buy certain houses due to his knowledge of Feng Shui.

PROS: Personable real estate buying experience with Feng Shui touch
CONS: Feng Shui can limit your choice of properties
