Good Year Integrity Tire

We have known Ralph for over 30 years and have always taken our cars there for honest, fast service that is ALWAYS done right the first time. Recently our newly married son was looking at a bill of $1700 to fix his car at a place near him. I told him to go to Ralph. He couldn't believe the service and the cost...only $450! Same diagnosis. Same replacement. Unvelievable. And he doesn't try to sell you something else that you don't need....like nearly every other place we've been!! Ralph lives up to the Christian symbol displayed on his business card.

I live in Santa Monica and always make the drive to this Goodyear. I'm a woman who knows nothing about cars and Ralph and everyone that works here are some the most honest, knowledgeable and caring people I met - all adjectives you never expect to hear when talking about this industry. Everything is always finished ahead of schedule, for a more than fair price and I can drive home with peace of mind, knowing that I didn't get ripped off or wondering if something is still wrong with my car. Ralph takes pride in his shop and genuinely like to help others.

Sure, getting your car serviced is a pain. Trust your whatever car to Ralph, and he'll give you a fair price, really great service, and you'll leave happy. He is swift, has a stable group of employees and he's been in the same location for years. He figured out what was wrong with my car when the car dealership couldn't (or wouldn't).

PROS: awesome service, competitive pricing
CONS: traffic in the morning to the shop, but well worth it.
