OSU students are required to pay their cota fees. It is a good idea to take advantage of this. COTA is not bad, there is usualy a stop around the area i want to go. The only thing with riding the COTA is that sometimes, the wait for busses could take a while. Most of the time it is not crowded, and its not very dirty either. Save money on gas, take the COTA!

.

This is a very nice local transit department. There are buses that take you all over the city and suburbs, too. Some stops have pickups every 20 minutes. Unfortunately some suburbs only have one bus out and one bus in each day so if you solely rely on COTA it can be difficult. The fairs are a fair rate. Students ride for free. There are so many routes that can take you from a suburb, to the center of downtown, college and then to a hospital to visit a family member and there are so many buses that it is a smooth ride if you plan ahead on which buses to ride and when.
