I saw Dr. Johnson for a possible hairline fracture from a water skiing trip about two years ago. The entire experience was not the best I've ever had. It was rather hard to get an appointment and the staff didn't try to hard to work with my schedule. Upon arriving, I waited in the waiting room 40 mins and the examining room 25 minutes. The doctor was polite and very thourough in my examination and with his questions, but he seemed quite rushed during our visit. It turns out I didn't have a fracture after all and was actually glad I didn't have to return.
