Took the family to participate in the pumpkin festival this year. I was very surprised and disappointed with how expensive they have made everything there. Entrance $5, Hayride $2 per person (we have a fam of 4 - $8), 3 small to averaged sized pumpkins $25 (prices are shown when you return from hayride not before or during - extremely overpriced), and then you have the corn maze which was about $6 for adults and $5 for kids. The corn maze was poorly marked and we, along with everyone else that we ran into in there, were lost. We spent less than 10 minutes in the maze (barely made it an eight of the way through) and turned around to return to the starting position. We told then about our difficulty getting through and asked for a partial refund due to the poorly maintained path and the missing direction signs - they refused and said to "talk to Mrs. Beasley about it". Unless you have money to burn (and who does in this economy), I would avoid this "festival". The event should be named the "The Beasley Year-End Money Grab Festival"!

We visited this orchard on a field trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the students. They took the kids on a hayride and taught them about apples. The kids could then visit the pumpkin patch, which was a favorite. The kids got a great snack and were allowed to browse through the store. I would definitely return here on my own or on another field trip!
