The best thing this place did was limit the number of attendees per day. It provides for a calm and quiet experience. Everything else that's included in the price - free morning juices and coffee, pictures, wetsuits and snorkels, SPFs, excellent lunches, etc - is just the icing on the cake.
The animals you'll interact with are fairly standard - rays, coral reef fishes, dolphins, various birds and miniature reindeer - but the fact that there's noone trying to shove you away while you're petting a ray is priceless. The prices are high, of course, but the experience is worth it.

If you are planning a trip to swim with the dolphins be prepared to spend about $200 a person. Although it is well worth it. You get here and get your ID card which tells you where to be and what time to be there to go swim with the dolphins for 30 minutes. The rest of the day is yours you get a picture taken when you get there to pick up as you leave. You also get a meal included with your visit which to my surprise was decent. There are several things you can do while you anxiously wait to swim with the dolphins. They have a ray pool that you can go to and a reef of fish to swim across. You can also go see some parrots. When you swim with the dolphins you cannot bring a camera so be prepared to dish out money for PICS if you want them. I think I paid about $100 for five PICS of a CD with a copyright release. I had a great time and would do it again if the opportunity arises.

This is truly a one of a kind place to go. Yes, it is expensive but it's so worth it to go for the day. This is a all day trip at an exclusive park which limits its people to where you have to make an appoinment. You spend a day in a wet suite snorkling, and yes playing with dolphins! Everything is included and it's just the best place to go to. All the workers are fantastic and you feel completly at ease there. There food there is excellent and so is everything else here.

PROS: Its the most unique park you'll ever visit
CONS: VERY expensive

It's really Orlando's best-kept secret :) The park only admits a limited number of guests a day (so be sure to make reservations early), and the prices are high. What you get, though, is personal interactions with dolphins, rays, birds, and fish in a coral reef, food and drinks for the day, clean environment, and attentive staff. Oh, and pictures of your group with picturesque backgrounds :) It's really worth it to experience Florida's nature at its best at your own pace. (don't miss feeding of the rays, they let guests do it - quite an experience!)

PROS: non-crowded, great service
CONS: expensive
