i bought a 2008 spectra 5, which i bought new and has been a great car so far! i have had every single service done through the dealer. when i was @ 15,000 miles, they told me i need new tires! then, again at 20,000 miles. but when i had it back at 25,000 suddenly my tires were fine! also, at 20,000 i had done about $300 of maintenance work, and when i picked up the car they gave me a sheet with estimates of needing over $700 of work!! i will not be taking my car back ever again to them (unless it warranty stuff). i thought that i had found a decent dealer, because the buying part was very easy and not high pressure, but the service dep't. is just terrible. seriously, what 2 year old car needs $1000 worth of work done, and also new tires?? its too bad because i really was going to buy the new optima, but not from here! steer clear of the service dep't., but the car itself has been really great!

I agree with the previous reviewer. Butler salesmen are less truthful than most. And the finance manager is rude. Once the deal has been made, all pretenses at civility are lost. Take your time before signing any documents with them and make sure you're getting exactly what you asked for. I would not recommend this agency. Also, take a long test drive because any defects brought to their attention after purchase will not be acknowledged; even if it is brought to their attention 9 days after purchase. Beware of Butler. I like my Kia; do not like Butler.

Butler Kia Hyundai Suzuki employs high pressure tactics to encourage potential sales. Salesmen, additionally, attempt to encourage you to purchase an automobile by making empty promises that are later unenforceable. On the plus side, they do offer a variety of financing options and have a reasonable selection of both new and used cars. However, in light of the high pressure tactics, I cannot recommend.
