THISE IS THE WORSE PLACE I EVER LIVED IN MY LIFE!!!! Not only did I have to deal with bedbugs, but the city fined them and I began to be harassed. I also had my eliptical stolen from my storage space while I was on vacation. The police who took the report stated the storage space was a robbers paradise and advised the complex take action...which they didnt.

The Woodhollow exterminator came regarding the bedbugs at the scheduled time while I was gone. They found the bed bugs but since they were dead did not treat anything. The apartment complex told me there was evidence of a problem but since the bugs the exterminator found were dead my apartment would not be treated. I find this response problematic to say the least, but still more has occurred since.

My downstairs neighbor has progressed from irritating to harassing since I moved here in January. Almost immediately following the bedbug incident I started getting fines about my dog. The fines were for not having my dog on a leash. Honestly my dog was off the leash while I sat in the grass. I take her out when no one is outside and let her run. Please note this is an 8lb dog. I can't argue the fine because my dog was off the leash. The problem is the fine is based on cropped pictures of my dog. Someone is taking pictures of my family (me and my 6yr daughter) with my dog. I am very uncomfortable with people taking unauthorized pictures of us regardless of it being for the purpose of a fine. I don't argue the fine; my problem is with the pictures. The perspective and angle of the pictures make it clear its my downstairs neighbor taking them. So basically, my mean pervy neighbor is taking our pictures and the apartment complex is USING them. I can't believe it. Isn't it illegal to take unauthorized pictures of children'

Starting yesterday the apartment complex have begun harassing me with letters and calls about late rent. I paid my rent using online bill pay with Bank of America several days in advance of the due date. I also have confirmation from Bank of America that payment has been received. The apartment complex has no reason to state my payment has not been received except but to harass me. I have since contacted Bank of America and sent the apartment complex a copy of my rent receipt.

I need help. I am moving within the month because thankfully my lease is up at the beginning of October. These people are making my life hell. I am suffering with bedbugs, had to pay my own money to get rid of them, my tattoed crazy neighbor is taking pictures of me and my daughter and now they are claiming not to have received my rent. I don't know what to do. I need help. Please note, the pet fines and harassment about rent only started after the fine from the city; the timing alone suggests it is retaliation.

These apartments are getting to be very old and outdated including the plumbing, painting and windows. The prices are fairly reasonable for St. Louis. However, my car was broken into and there were 2 fires in the complex during the three years I lived there. However, the office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly. There is an after hours number for emergency maintenance and, in general, maintenance is quick to make repairs unless they forget. A bit of a mixed bag of an apartment complex, although it is located conveniently at 270 and 70.
