I've been with the credit union since I was 16...when it was the Norfolk Southern Railway Credit Union. Recently we ran across hard times as I was laid off in January and then my husband was laid off in September. LeAnn Maples has went above and beyond to work with me and very considerate of my financial situation. I would recommend NSCU to anyone looking for A+ customer service as well as a credit union where everyone treats you with respect and appreciation.

New South Credit Union is wonderful! We called for a car loan and LeAnn Maples was extremely helpful. She took care of everything & we signed the papers that afternoon. We were stunned at how low the intrest rate was too.
Also, we had a little problem with the seller after the purchase & LeAnn stepped right in on our behalf and took care of us.
We will never get another loan from anyone else.
PROS: Very personable, professional and great rates!
