Red Bank Volvo is one of the most incredible dealerships anywhere. Sales is responsive to the customer and has consistently found me the car I wanted, not relying only on their own stock. Service works fast, is precise, accurate and totally honest. They are even good on eBay sales.
Red Bank's loaner cars are well maintained and they have enough to drop off a car for service quickly. The waiting area is clean and has great coffee, bagels and fruit.
BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS THE BOTTOM LINE. The pricing is absolutely right. No nickel and diming you to death. No dealer-added costs tacked onto the new car to jack up the price. No fast-talking, no debating, no arm-twisting. This is a place that actually listens to the customer and places customer satisfaction at the top of their list. As an aside, we are now driving three Volvos from Red Bank and when the next two leases are up, guess where we are headed? Bob Simons at RED BANK VOLVO, of course. We'll go through the motions of checking with other dealerships and looking online for prices, but I know where we will get Volvos number six and seven. Now you do too.

My family and I have been using Red Bank Volvo for many many years. They are extremely helpful and cater to your needs. I had an emerency with my car, and needed it back a day and a half later to drive back to college. They got it all fixed up earlier than I needed it, and saved us a great deal of stress. Very helpful and friendly people!

The salespeople at this dealership are very nice. They helped us find a car in the price range we wanted and we are very happy with it. the service department is very easy to deal with. They have Saturda hours which are convenient but sometimes you have to schedule early to get in. They offer loaner cars when your car is in for service which is nice.

It is rare one can say this about a car dealership but they are easy to deal with. The purchase of my car went very smoothly. the car had a few problems but the service department was very friendly and capable of fixing everything for us. Routine service is a pleasure with their use of loaner cars.
