Quality Inn

This place was the worst I had ever stayed at the rooms was dirty all 4 rooms they sent us to and one of them the door did not even lock the desk clerk seemed like we was a bother to her time when we asked to be put in another room finally she discounted the room until we finally decided after the fourth room we tried to just simply get our money back and leave. After a long talk she refunded our money and we stayed somewhere else that night.

CONS: Dirty rooms bad customer service and inproper tally of clean rooms

I stayed at this hotel while I was in town visiting my daughter at college. I wouldn't go back!! The front desk manager was rude, wouldn't help for anything. The room was dirty when we walked in the door, but the manager said that according to her computer, the room was clean. I was switched 3 times before I was in a room that was clean and acceptable. So they were rude and dirty!
