Love this guy! His office is awesome, everyone I dealt with were extremely nice and he made me feel at ease. I would and have recommended my friends and family to Riccobene Family Dentistry. He even worked with me on a payment plan for some of the procedures that were a bit more expensive but I needed. The RFD team is tops in my book.

My husband and I each had different hygienists when we had our teach cleaned and thought they were both wonderful. They were pleasant, gentle, attentive and thorough.

Dr. Riccobenne performed some cosmetic bonding for me. The material chipped off a few days after the procedure, but Dr. Riccobenne's office staff got me in right away to correct the problem. Dr. Riccobenne was very apologetic and redid the work without charging me any extra. I am very pleased with the results and haven't had any more problems with the bonding (it's been several months). Not only are Dr. Riccobenne and his staff extremely nice, they all seem extremely competent.

Dr. Riccobenne's staff will also file your insurance for you. You have to pay your estimated share of the bill at the time of service, but they will wait to get payment of the rest directly from the insurance company. Sometimes the insurance company won't pay as much as anticipated so you get billed for the remainder, but that's an issue for you to take up with your insurance company, not the dentist's office.
