Club Libby Lu is an okay place for girls who are tweens probably aged 8 to 11ish. They give the girls makeovers and dress them up as "divas" which i wasn't too impressed with. Overall the staff seems to be having fun and helping the girls do whatever they want. Products are reasonably priced. Located in a good area of the mall. I would come back here again if I needed a present for a girl this age.
