The personal trainers here are as good as the ones at the Gold'sgym I went to but the rates are much higher. The big difference here is that you get to work out in someone's home and avoid the embarrassment of being at the gym. Despite little equipment and a small facility, there are a number of exercises they put you through. The other twist is that the personal trainer also sees herself as a therapist and tries to deal with your underlying childhood issues that drove you to overeating in the first place! Probably not a bad idea. Recommend if you do not like public gyms and can afford it.
