Rainbow Jewelers

I would like to say, I have been shopping at Rainbow Jewelers since they were in Swoyersville, I have never heard a bad word about them. They have very nice people working there and most of the people you see in there are the owners. When I read that review I got curious, I called them and asked what their policy's were. They said if the item is brought back with-in a week or two there is no problem with a cash or credit card refund. If the item was after that, they give a credit slip. I knew when I read that, you had to be wrong, they are a bunch of nice people. Thank you

I got a gift and didn't like what I got. I went back and couldn't find anything that I liked. I couldn't get my money back. THEY DON'T GIVE CASH REFUNDS OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. i got a instore credit. They were mean. After I use the certificate i won't shop their again. There are places near by that I can shop.

We found Rainbow Jewelers while diamond shopping and got the best price on a diamond there. Since then, my husband has only bought my jewelry there. They have a great selection (esp. charms and diamonds) and are very patient and let you look around and enjoy the shopping experience. The staff is very friendly and Stan is very fair with pricing. It's the kind of place that breeds customer loyalty.

PROS: selection, prices, great people
CONS: None!

Rainbow Jewelers is a nice jewelry store that offers some pretty jewelry. They have nice diamonds and gemstone jewelry set in many precious metals, like platinum, silver, and gold. Their building is hard to miss. They have a rainbow sign coming out of their building and a rainbow painted on the bricks. They have many sales during holiday time so you can find a great deal here. Very personable service too.
