They fire all pizza in a super hot brick oven and they are made to order. Super good tasting combinations! Their salads are really quite amazing - definitely get one if you are already there! Don't miss the gelato - it's about as close to the real thing as you will get in the US (I spent 2 years in Italy - I should know)! First Review!
