This is one of the hippest cultural outlets in Cleveland!

Cinematheque, a theater housed on the campus the Cleveland Institute of Art, easily has the most interesting and most challenging film schedule of any local theater. Each bimonthly schedule features a number of themed film groups such as a look at Argentine or Iranian cinema, or perhaps a retrospective of one directors entire catalogue. The programs are intelligently selected by cinema staff who wear their love for high-quality independent film on their sleeve.
