Pho Than Brothers

If you ever want to try Vietnamese food, then pho should be your first option! A great local spot to get quality pho at a great price is at the Pho Than Brothers on Market St. I heard that there are a few other locations, but this is the only one I've tried. The broth is rich in flavor, not too oily, and the beef was lean as I requested. It's prompt service, although it can definitely get busy at times. Each bowl of pho comes with the usual veggie condiments such as mint, basil, bean sprouts, etc. Add some lime and chili paste to step the flavor up one more notch. If you want a caffeine pick me up, order an iced Vietnamese coffee called cafe sua da...it's soooo good!

I've eaten here twice this week. It is perfect for the broke college students on a budget. It fills me up for a mere 4.97 after tax. Also tastes great and very uplifting on a cold day (esp with the cold Seattle weather these days). Also can't beat a free cream puff with each person!! I think I'll get some tonight actually. A+
