Qds Dental Lab

My daughter was getting married and two days before the wedding I dropped my upper denture and it broke into several pieces. A friend referred me to QDS Dental Lab. I was able to make an appointment that same day and they repaired my denture while I waited (and for a very reasonable price). I would highly recommed them to anybody. Very professional and very good!

I am going into the 4th month of my dental work with no end in sight. I went in 3 days after my final bit of oral surgery (two lower tooth extractions) to get impressions made of my upper for a Hader bar. The DDS infoed me that since it took awhile to fabricate the Hader bar this would be a good idea. The bar could be fabricated while the lower surgery healed. Well, the lab did not bother the inform my DDS that they had decided to change their procedure on fabricating the Hader bar. They didn't bother to tell my DDS of this change. This resulted in at least 5 weeks delay in getting the Hader bar fabricated, wasted repetitive visits for little ten minute fittings.
I like my DDS, but won't recommend him to others while he is still using this lab. Quality is still up in the air. The only thing you can Depend on is poor Service. Seems they don't know who their customer is.
