Lan Andrew J Md - Ramblc Pediatric Medical

We have been with RAMBLC for 7 years and seeing Dr. Loftis for 5 of those years. She is wonderful. My 3 kids love her and the staff. I am comfortable asking her even the silliest questions and getting an honest answer. I know I can count on her and her staff for great advice. We love that when we walk in, they know us and make us feel welcome. I think that really makes the kids feel more comfortable.

We have been going to RAMBLC for both of our kids since birth. We love Dr. Andrew Lan. He is thorough, organized, and friendly; always takes the time to answer questions. Georgia is his nurse and she's terrific too. Our kids actually enjoy going to the doctor (shots and all). And, if Dr. Lan isn't available, we have been happy with the other doctors we've seen.

I took my youngest son to meet Dr. Joe Cirone (one of several excellent doctors at this location) for the first time when he was due to get all of those pre-k shots. Dr. Joe spent quite a bit of time talking with him and put him at ease. Although getting all of those shots is never pleasant, he did fine. He answered all of our questions and also did a thorough pre-k assessment. The waiting area has some excellent books and interactive toys.

Absolutely outstanding! Highly recommend both Dr. Lan and Dr. Min. We have taken our newborn to this group and couldn't be happier with the friendliness of the staff. Dr. Lan has taken 30-45 minutes with us each time we have been in answering questions and taking the time to educate us both.

Both of my two boys are being cared by Dr. Lan. He is a great doctor -- very caring, knowledgeable, resourceful, and informative. Georgia, the front desk, is very nice and efficient. Before Dr. Lan, we have seen 4 other pediatricians. None of them offers the level of care that we have received here.

We have been seeing Dr Joe Cirone at RAMBLC Pediatrics since 1993. He is a very skilled and compassionate pediatrician. He is very good at listening and communicating. As my daughter has gotten older, she finds it easy to talk to him.

I would definitely choose Dr Joe again if I had another child!

His office staff is competent and friendly. We have never had any billing problems and they interact with our insurance perfectly.
