I bought a 328i from Classic. I would usually rather have a root canal than car shop but this was by far the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. The whole process from walking in the door (had scheduled an appt) to finance couldn't have been easier. There was no need to negotiate, they gave me a fair deal from the start and were honest and upfront about everything. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a BMW. If you go be sure to talk to Douglas Robbins or David Hall (they work together), two of the nicest guys you could ever work with in the car business and they will treat you right.
Other than the sales experience I have enjoyed regular car washes at Classic (free) while enjoying TV, WIFI and refreshments in their comfortable sales area, at least while I'm not walking around dreaming of my next BMW. I have had no issues with my BMW but have had an oil change that went off flawlessly. I'm in Classic frequently (gotta drive a clean car) and always feel valued as a customer by everyone there.

I will be short and sweet: for the first time I use Classic BMW service, and the service was outstanding! Michael Snyder was very professional, and helped me to make the right choice regarding car and the price was very reasonable. Thank you for the excellent job and helping me save money as well. What I can tell... I LOVE MY CAR!!!!

We recently purchased a 2012 BMW 3 Series from Classic and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Bob Cawthon was professional, helpful and patient in helping us find just the right car at a price we were happy with. Highly recommended.

This place sucks wrt services execution and handling from very beginning. The appointment is hard to set, and people are just difficult to deal with in terms of basics.

People always complain about the "bad stuff." My experience with Classic BMW has always been first rate. I had to take my car to them for body work after my wife smashed the car (again) and dealt with Service Advisor Pat Arnold. Pat is amazing, he knows BMW's like the back of his hand. He took care of the entire repair for me even though he doesnt work in their body shop; even got me a rental car. Our car came back looking like new again!

Thanks Classic BMW, I'll keep coming back!

I wish I had never done any business with these guys. They took advantage of me on a repair - then laughed in my face when I complained. I love their cars but don't like this dealership.

When I was searching for my first BMW, I visited Classic and it was a very pleasant visit. Although I purchased my BMW from another dealer, I was still welcomed to use their services. The customer service is excellent!

I got into an accident. I took my car here for repairs. The repair shop was first rate. My car came back as good as new. The staff was nice. They worked with the other drivers insurance company to get all the funds needed to cover the costs. I have since taken my car in for regular maintenance. The staff is always very friendly and the facilities are top notch with free beverages, snacks and Internet access while you wait.
