I bought a 328i from Classic. I would usually rather have a root canal than car shop but this was by far the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. The whole process from walking in the door (had scheduled an appt) to finance couldn't have been easier. There was no need to negotiate, they gave me a fair deal from the start and were honest and upfront about everything. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a BMW. If you go be sure to talk to Douglas Robbins or David Hall (they work together), two of the nicest guys you could ever work with in the car business and they will treat you right.
Other than the sales experience I have enjoyed regular car washes at Classic (free) while enjoying TV, WIFI and refreshments in their comfortable sales area, at least while I'm not walking around dreaming of my next BMW. I have had no issues with my BMW but have had an oil change that went off flawlessly. I'm in Classic frequently (gotta drive a clean car) and always feel valued as a customer by everyone there.

I had to take my car to them for body work after my wife smashed the car (again) and dealt with Service Advisor Pat Arnold. Pat is amazing, he knows BMW's like the back of his hand. He took care of the entire repair for me even though he doesnt work in their body shop; even got me a rental car. Our car came back looking like new again!

I got into an accident. I took my car here for repairs. The repair shop was first rate. My car came back as good as new. The staff was nice. They worked with the other drivers insurance company to get all the funds needed to cover the costs. I have since taken my car in for regular maintenance. The staff is always very friendly and the facilities are top notch with free beverages, snacks and Internet access while you wait.
