Wags 2 Whiskers

We left both of our dogs there in 6/19/08 - 6/26/08. Our Minpin Rocky and our chihuahua Mabelline.
Upon picking them up they seemed very happy to see us jumping all around, paid our bill and headed towards the car. During the drive home my bf's son said that there was something wrong with Rocky's back. As I was driving I was unable to really look at his back until we got home.
Seeing his back I could see there was 4 large lumps on his back and I tried to get a closer look which he would not allow.
Finally I was able to see that Rocky had been Bitten several times on his back. When I called to report this I was told they had not seen anything and that Rocky was given a bath, I really cant see how they did that because of the infection that had set in on his back.
We took Rocky to the vet Jan White of Renton. She had told us she has seen this alot with Doggy Daycares and that we should take pictures and discuss it with Wags and she was sure that we could work something out.
I called and discussed this with Jean and told her what had happen Rocky. All she could do was say she was sorry and offered 2 free days to us. My dog had been bitten 4 times, infection set in, why in the world would I allow him to say there again. This went so far as Jean claimed this to her insurance which told us.....the paper that you signed when you allowed Rocky and Mabelline to stay there takes all fault away from Jean and Wags. No Compensation, nothing.
We left a happy healthy dog in your care, custody, and control and this is not what we picked up.
