Apartments only offer Lindsey. Started with 3MBps service, internet was SO bad during peak hours that I eventually gave up trying to e-mail, youtube, online game. I upgraded to 12 MBps about a month and a half ago on the "guarantee" that this would certainly clear up my peak hour performance, but it did not. I suffer from the SAME slow speed during peak hours but am paying more for the added bandwidth. I have contacted Lindsey Comm. INC at least 10 times requesting a refund for the difference-OR-better internet service during peak hours. The answer I keep recieving is "we are working diligently to correct the slow internet speeds and once the problem is recognized and fixe your account will be credited for the service". The first time I got this answer they told me it would be "a few weeks", yesterday they told me it would be "a few months". I asked to speak to the head IT guru who is convienently the Vice President (I've requested on numerous occasions to talk to him, and have been told he has tried/is trying to contact me) but with no luck. AVOID this company, the affordable internet only works if you use it from 4A.M. to 3P.M. and the more expensive package is useless during peak hours. Apartments have a contract with them so I'm locked in with Lindsey.

The service is very bad. The price is okay but there is the installation fee for which nothing is really done.

My complaint is the speed. They have a specific web site and a specific server for you to test the speed. Even though, the speed is below what they claimed.

Everyday at night, the speed is so low that it takes minutes to open a normal website. Watching Youtube is simply impossible. Their explanation is this is normal.

What is more outrageous is that it gets offline irregularly. Maybe a few minutes, maybe a few hours, you never know.

I have this cable for about 1 month and half and I have to say this has been a nightmare. Avoid this company if you can.

Was paying $20 a month for 10kb to 12kb a second. Now paying $35 a month and getting the same speed. Go figure. Apartments are blocked from other ISPs.
