The impression I got is Dr. Ghandi does not know anything about customer service, as proved by no hello, no excuse me, no good byes. This is not to mention her yelling at the medical assistant several times. Finally she expected me to be crazy enough to come back.
Let me give you some examples from my experience.
I was in the room waiting for Dr. Ghandi. She walked past me several times including having to navigate through me to get supplies without any "excuse me" or even acknowledging that I exist or even "I'll be right back to see you".
This was the first she ever saw me, so I guess it was too much to say hello and ask some questions about my medical history or even quickly scan the forms that I just filled to know something about my medical history.
She looked at the chart's cover page for the pressure reading that the medical assistant recorded, realized that the temperature was not recorded, so she had to step out yell several times at the poor medical assistant, get the reading then come back. She spent less than 4 minutes with me with out touching or bothering to look at the area that was causing me pain.
I never went to a doctor like her and for sure "I AM NOT GOING BACK".
