I currenly am part of this insurance plan. I have CIGNA PPO. I really have not had any problems with the doctors in the plan or the customer service reps. Actually when i called with a few questions, the lady that helped me was very pleasant. She explained things clearly and was very honest about coverage. Honesty is very important with an insurance company, so I was very pleased. So far so good!
