In July 2010 my mother & I went into this dealership - actually I was looking to buy a car and they decided to make us a DOUBLE DEAL - trading in my mother's 2002 Nissan Altima and she would actually be listed as the purchaser on both vehicles (hers and mine - a 2009 Nissan Sentra & 2008 Altima) both used vehicles but upgrades to both myself and my 72 year old mother. Now I questioned why they would want to put both vehicles in her name and list me as co-signer on mine when I worked 40 hours a week at a full time job - yet she lives on fixed income. "Oh that's just the way we have to work the deal" - My mom signed contracts, they put the cars in our names, we got paper tags, changed our insurance to the newer vehicles and TEN (10) YES, 10 DAYS LATER THEY CAME AND TOOK MY MOTHERS CAR OUT OF HER DRIVEWAY BY A TOW TRUCK AT 4:00 A.M. and were calling me looking for mine. They had my mother sign finace contracts, told us how much our monthly payments were and registered the vehicles to her & I and then CAME AND TOOK THE VEHICLE from my mom - and threatened to have me arrested for theft if I did not return the vehicle BECAUSE THIS DEALERSHIP LIED REGARDING FINANCING - THEY DID NOT HAVE FINANCING SECURED WHEN THEY REGISTERED THE VEHICLES IN OUR NAMES & THEN CAME AND TOOK THEM AWAY FROM US BOTH. I should probably contact Frankel and Frankel and join in their long list of people to sue the dealership for fraud not to mention the amount of mental abuse they put my elderly mother through for those 10 days, accusing her of lieing on her taxes, wanting to know if they could have permission to view her IRS account - AND THEN COME TO FIND OUT THE FINANCE MANAGER @ THIS DEALERSHIP PUT A HIT ON MY MOM'S CREDIT MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR HER TO OBTAIN FINANCING BECAUSE SHE HAS PAGE AFTER PAGE AFTER PAGE OF FINANCE COMPANIES LISTED DUE TO KIA'S FINANCE MANAGER RUNNING HER THRU EVERY FINANCE COMPANY ON HIS LIST - apparently out of spite or desperation once they realized they did not have financing on cars they had already registered to the consumer. RUN LIKE HELL FROM THESE GUYS - and there is nothing new about JIM AND JANA SMITH AND ANY OF THEIR PARTNERS - call and ask who the owner of the dealership is and see how easy that info is to get.....they don't want to give that info out because they know they are most likely being SUED AGAIN....I intend to have my mother file suit on this sorry excuse for a business !!!!

I and my fiance were there yesterday for refinancing her car she bought a year ago, but this dealer doesn't do that for you. And they recommended us to trade in for the same car but 2011 model. I asked em for the free first time oil change because she had one last year when she bought her car there. Guess what? This Black sales manager told us "It never exist and never was, congratulation you had one, I've worked at a Toyota, GM, Cadillac but none of them does that." WTF? I had first free oil changes with all my previous cars. Anyways, it took us 3 hours to get the deal but they got busy that evening so going to financing was taking so long and we decided to come back the next day and they were okay. Today, my fiance went there by herself because I was at work, and guess what? they gave her higher number to sign because of her credit was blah blah. Oh yeah? Her credit was fine yesterday and something happened this morning? BS... The salesman was very polite but the sales managers were just clowns. Never go there and we regret that we gave em a business last year!!! TOTALLY BULLSH*T!!!!

I work in the lewisville area and needed to get my car serviced so I went to central Kia during lunch. They were rude, and told me I needed to get so many other things done to my 2006 Kia Spectra. I got my oil change and told them I'll hold off on the other services. I went to Southwest Kia Rockwall and I was told that my car was fine and the only other thing I'd need to do was get the cabin air filter changed. Plus, when I was at Central Kia, their sales team kept on badgering me trying to get me to look at another new car or consider trading in my car since it's about paid off. In Sept 2010 I went to the NEW Central Kia in Carrollton to look for a new Optima, Biggest mistake of my life. The Sales Mgr kept trying to put me in another vehicle, a used ford in fact. Kept telling me I could not buy anything else. He tried to bully me into signing papers and into taking the car home for the night. When I got to looking at these papers he kept pushing me to sign they were actually papers purchasing the vehicle not papers for an over nite test drive as I was told. Central Kia in Carrollton is probably the first time since I??ve been buying cars, which has been over 20 years that I actually enjoyed the experience. I'm very surprised by the bad reviews for them on the internet. There was no pressure in buying a car and I didn??t fee like the salesmen were breathing down my neck. I will most definitely recommend friends to buy from this dealership!

I have to give a standing ovation for the way everyone did their very best to help me out. I've hated car shopping because last time around 7 years ago I was sold a pos and transmission broke in 3 weeks! I had to pay for everything... now...I'm so happy that Central Kia wanted to help me out cause I got a brand new Kia Soul with 11 miles on the dash!!!! i've never even seen that in my life. They really help people in need and listen to what customers want.

My husband and I bought our new Kia SUV this past Saturday at Central Kia in Carollton Texas and were amazed at how nice the new Kia's are. We looked at Toyotas and were appaled at the high prices. We looked at one other Kia store. Central Kia just treated us better and gave us a better deal!

She took all of my information and set and appointment for me to come out to the dealership. When I got there I met with Will. I told him what I was looking for (a cheap used Kia Rio). I was able to drive out in a 2009 Kia Spectra at the same payment I was looking at for the Rio. I got a bigger car for the same price. Will walked me through every step of the process. I met with Richard in Finance department, and he explained all the paperwork to me. I love my new Spectra and Highly recommend Central Kia of Carrollton

I was in the market for an inexpensive vehicle and so naturally I thought of Kia first. Then I thought of Central Kia of Carrollton/Lewisville because of all the advertising that I see and hear on TV and radio. So, I went to their website and did some looking around, I put in my information online and to my suprise they contacted me almost immediately. I spoke to one of the internet reps Michael Haskins, and I told him exactly what I needed out of a vehicle. He assured me that they had exactly what I was looking for and said that he would have one of the sales reps pull the car up and have it ready for me to look at when I got there later that evening. Once again to my suprise he did everything he said he would do and I was out of there in about an hour and a half with my new 2009 Kia Optima. The salesman Luis was great he did a heck of a job telling me about all the features on the car. Oh by the way the Finance dept was great too! Kenneth Rendon handled my paperwork for me, and it was definately the best experience I have had yet at a dealership. These guys should be awarded for the great service they provide. I will tell everyone I know about these guys!

I received excellent service. I purchased a KIA sorento and am so happy it was affordable with plenty of room for kiddos! I have baseball and cheer-leading practice to go to so I'm glad there is also room for an extra kid ;)
