I have been coming to CCC for 5 years now. and every time I do , I just keep wanting to come back. Trust me, I don't enjoy getting my car smashed but I do love interacting with real and very kind people. Mike is the man who takes care of me every time I am there. Most times when I call, of course I am upset because I have to sit in a rental car and have to deal with the inconvenience of car-crashes, but Mike always insures me that I'll be take care of . And indeed I am , always. When I get my car back , it's like new and the whole experience make me forget the lengthy calls to insurance companies-which by the way Mike took care of this time :-), the rental car madness-again Mike took care of that too. It's rare to come across honest and real people in this city, but the people at CCC are one of the best I met in a long time....I hope they will never change :-)

This place is the BEST. I tore the bumper off my car and, after shlepping it around to body shops for quotes, eventually ended up here on a friend's recommendation. Not only were they the least expensive quote (by THOUSANDS, not just hundreds, of dollars), they pointed out repairs that were needed to my front end and my hubcaps and fixed those at no extra cost. I was blown away. The only reluctance I have at writing this review is that they will get too many customers and be too busy for the next time I need them. And yes, there will be a next time.

After being in a car accident, I was referred to Certified Collision. When I got there I was immediately taken care of. They handled everything that needed to be handled with the insurance, they got me a rental within minutes, and were even nice enough to drive me to the rental location to pick up the car. When they assured me that my car is in good hands and that everything would turn out great, I felt very relieved. When my car was ready, I couldn't be any happier with the results. The bumper looked amazing and even newer then when I first bought the car. I was extremely satisfied and they kept their word when telling me I was in good hands. From now on, Certified Collision will be the place that I go to and refer my friends to. Thank you Certified Collision!

After an accident I found Certified Collision on Citysearch. The reviews were strong so I gave them a try. They were every bit as friendly, reliable, and helpful as advertised. They finished on time, did excellent work, and handled everything with the insurance company. A great place.

First of all, the guys over at certified collision do amazing work. After they get done, your car will look even better than when you bought it. I was in a bad car accident in January, and the entire passenger side of my vehicle was smashed in. I took it to these guys and they did an amazing job. I can't tell my car was ever in an accident. It looks better than it did on the showroom floor. On top of the quality work, the guys that own this place are very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. They are very knowledgable and reassuring. They help you take care of everything, from the insurance company to rental cars. Top notch place. You will not regret taking your vehicle to these guys.

I heard about Certified Collision from my sister in law, and saw their work before they ever touched my car. I was so impressed with the work they did on her car, that I felt obligated to take my car to them after my little fender bender. Off the bat, they made me feel like my car was in the right hands. The only major damage was to my right fender, but I asked them if there was any way they could remove all the dents, dings, scratches and other nasty damage that was on my car. Not only did they have no problem fixing the other stuff that had nothing to do with my fender bender, they even helped me deal with the insurance company. They made the entire experience stress free, and have set the bar so high that I will never take my car anywhere else. The repair was prompt, and my car looked as good, if not better than when I first bought it. They made it look brand new. Not only did they fix the fender, and all the other stuff I asked them to do, but they even replaced my windshield (which had a huge gash in it), for FREE! I was amazed at the caliber of the work, and at their willingness to make sure I was as happy as humanly possible. Its rare to deal with a business that tries this hard to ensure your happiness. They set out to make sure I was satisfied, and went above and beyond. They put an extra $800 worth of work into my car, free of charge. I recommend this place to all my friends. I honestly cannot say anything bad about this place, not one thing. If you don't believe me, try them next time you need a body shop. Trust me, you won't regret it.

I am so happy with the work that Mike, Alex and everyone else at Certified Collision Auto Body just did for me. My car needed a full paint job, dents and parts repaired, details, etc. This was not an insurance job so I had to find something affordable. But it's a classic German car and I didn't want to trust it to just anybody - I wanted it done right. A friend had been to Mike and told me I could trust him. The first time I met Mike I knew I was in the best hands. He's clearly expert, accountable and reliable. He also genuinely cares about his customers and makes sure they'll be back. He understood my situation and worked out a very fair price. Alex was so helpful when I called in and he helped make sure the whole experience was stress-free. They got me to enterprise for a rental right away. My car was ready on time as promised. As soon as I saw it, I was amazed. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. They did extra work without adding extra charges. They take pride in every detail. And they guarantee their work. I'm writing this review because I truly appreciate the service and results Mike and everyone at Certified Collision gave me. This shop is a rare find.

I have been taking my car Mike's Certified Collision Auto Body since last 8-9 years. He is honest and dependable person. I always recommend my friends and family to Mike. Any thing happen to my car I always take it to Certified Collision. I can not explain whole experince in two sentances, my rating make it clear. I wish Mike success.

I had long scratches and some chips on my car finish from where the car wash people scraped it against something (which unfortunately I didn't detect until days later).

After going to 2 other body shops to get quotes, I decided to choose Certified Collision -- they had some positive reviews on this web site, their pricing was extremely fair, and I liked that their shop looked busy but organized.

I am beyond shocked and thrilled at what a great job they did not only with the car, but with all things customer service related. The owner of the shop, Michael, personally took me over to Enterprise when Enterprise had failed to come pick me up. He also made sure I got the lowest rental rate possible, and he even promised to get my car fixed in less than 24 hours -- and he came through on all fronts!

(And let me say, I did not ask for this VIP service and nor did I say anything particular to be treated so well.)

I'm seriously almost pleased enough to go scratch my car up again just so I can come back to this shop -- no joke!

After the horrible experience of getting into an accident, it was so wonderful to work with Mike and his staff at Certified Collision Auto. They were very personable, honest, and kind as they we worked out my quote and even helped me get a rental car at an amazing rate. The quote and cost of fixing my car was low and my car came out looking brand new! I can't say enough good things about Certified Collision Auto and I will absolutely be using them again.

I've had 3 vehicles fixed by Michael over the years, and another to come. He's always worked with me and done honest appraisals and stellar work. He has fixed many of my friends vehicles and they are always happy. Before Michael, I had been ripped off with overpriced and shoddy work. No longer. I've found my body shop for life! These people are wonderful.

We have been taking our Audi A4 to Mike for a few years and have nothing but good things to say about our experience with him. Mike has always been honest and reliable. My wife and I drive across the city because we know we'll get the best service, best work, for the best price at Collision.
