Xpress Shuttle

We hired this company to show up at a specific time to take us from our wedding locaton to the hotel. They showed up 20 minutes late, which messed up our departure... they had the drop off location confused with the pick up location. The driver didn't know where the hotel was... We just got married, so we were in great moods, but it would have been nice if they showed ontime.

WORST SHUTTLE EVER. DO NOT USE XPRESS SHUTTLE IF YOU:

1) don't want to for a driver to pick you up an HOUR late

2) don't want to have multiple employees SCREAM at you

3) don't want want to be accused of LYING

4) ***don't want to be THREATENED to not be picked up for your flight to the airport***

5) don't want to be ABANDONED right before a flight

6) want to save time, money, and your anger

If I could I would give Xpress Shuttle negative a billion stars.
