If you want fast, great tasting, cheap Mexican food at 3:00 in the morning, you only have one option; Los Dos Pedros #2. For only a couple bucks you can feast on a huge carne asada burrito or get one of the many combination plates they offer, my favorite is the two shredded beef tacos with rice and beans, simple yet delicious. The salsa is spicy, the jalapenos are roasted, and the guacamole is fresh... what else do you need?
Insider tip: If you're seriously strapped for cash, a warm super-sized tortilla with salsa and a roasted jalapeno will only cost you a dollar.

I know EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU who live in the La Jolla area have been up at 1 in the morning with those late night munchies. Then that follows with "why is there no place to eat in la jolla past 10". Alas, Los Dos...a real hole in the wall, but hey ITS 24 HOURS! No one does Mexican food like California. The food is perfect for those late hours, I recommend the chips for only 1 dollar, especially with hot sauce! Aye aye aye! Enjoy, night owls!
