I'm tired of my sensitive acne face. None of the products seem work for my face. I went to Tattoo MD intended to have the laser done. I went to a free consultation today, met with the PA. She said I don't need laser all I need is Chemical Peel & switch to the line of product that TMD is having. I was very appreciate her honesty. They didn't just want to make money they only recommend what u really need. I will have my first peel coming Friday. I will take picture and document this whole process. I can't wait to see the result.

I have really bad acne scars, so I was looking for Fraxel treatment for it. I went to TMD Medspa since they are near where I live and a friend recommended it. The treatment was a little stingey but kind of relaxing at the same time. The next day, my face was a little red but not too bad. By the end of the week, I had a rough feel to my face and used exfoliating scrub for that. Anyway, a month out, I see quite a difference in the smoothness and color of my cheek skin. So far so good!

I am on my 6th tattoo removal treatment at Tattoo MD and so far so good! My tattoo is fading well and i will probably need a few more treatments, but it is worth the wait because I really want this tattoo gone. The staff told me from the start that it is hard to exactly predict how many treatments it would take to remove it completely (because of how the treatment works and there are a couple different colors in it) but they gave me a really great price for my treatments and make every visit pleasant. I feel very comfortable there and the place is really nice inside. I would definitely recommend Tattoo MD to anyone.

I would not recommend this clinic if you have a large tattoo with many colors that you need removed. I have a large colorful piece across my lower back that I wanted completely gone. In my consultation I was assured that after my 8 sessions that I paid for in advance at $1,000 a piece for a total of $8,000 that there would only be "a little green left we'd have to touch up".

After 8 sessions my tattoo is still there, it's very faded, but very much still there. I went to them on and off over the course of 2+ years waiting more than the recommended 8 weeks in between treatments because it was so painful each time I went, even with numbing that I dreaded going back.

The staff was very nice and the NP that did most of my treatments did her best, but I think they are not honest about the results you'll get from the start. On the day of my last treatment I spoke to the office manager and told her I was unhappy with how much of my tattoo was still left and she looked at my back and said, "Oh yeah, well I would say a piece like that would take at least 16 if not 20 treatments".

Well, that would have been information I would have like to have given to me in my consultation. When I told her what I was told in my initial consult, she looked back in my chart and said, "Oh, I don't even know who this person is who did your consult, she doesn't even work here anymore".

When I asked if I could get further treatments at a discounted rate of say half price or so for the rest of my treatments since my tattoo was only half gone, they said they couldn't do that. The best they could offer me was like $800 a treatment.

After spending $8,000 with them, you'd think they'd offer a little better customer service, but once they have your money they don't really care. On top of it they are doing botox, IPL and all kinds of other things. They seem to just want to make as much money as they can in the aesthetics industry when it seems to me they really need to focus on what they supposedly specialize in, TATTOO removal.

If you have a small little tattoo that was homemade they can probably handle it, or if you are just looking to fade an existing tattoo for a better cover up they can definitely to that. But, if you have a large, professionally done tattoo that you want totally removed, it will take a lot more treatments and money than they initially tell you.

The staff and products at Tattoo MD are fantastic. I chose them after checking them out on CitySearch. I have been going to them for laser hair removal of the bikini area and underarms for several months.

Everyone is professional and friendly without being fake. They always take me on time or before my scheduled appointment and they have never tried to sell me any other products or services. I have recommended them to several friends who are giddy with the results they have received. I have other friends who have gone to elsewhere and paid as much as 40% more for the same products. (I know I sound like a commercial but they really are that good.)

Also, they stay current with the newest products. During the course of my treatments they upgraded to a new laser machine and now the treatments are practically painless.

I wish they had been around when I was in my 20s so wouldn?t have wasted money on waxing and so I could have enjoyed the results for many more years.

I went to Tattoo MD for a tattoo removal. I also decided to get laser hair removal for my underarms while I was there. I have to say that I was very pleased. The staff were very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely caring. The physician assistant that did my tattoo removal was extra careful and had great bedside manner. The hair removal was fine and didn't even hurt! Plus inside is very relaxing and there's a good energy/nice decor. I'd highly recommend them.

I always wanted to do hair removal, but was always nervous, but as soon as i went to tattoo md and talked to the PA I felt totally comforatble! Ive done 4 out of my 6 treatments and already have awsome results!! I cant wait until Im finished! I also had an awsome facial. it was the most relaxing hour, and my skin was glowing for a week after!! I would definatly recommend tattoo md!!!

As guy, I was kind of nervous about getting Botox. A friend of mine recommended this place, because I was starting to get forehead lines that wouldn't go away. So I got injections there - I was very impressed. The office is very nice, kind of a soothing atmosphere. The PA that did my injection was also really professional and very particular. The price was good too - they charged me about $10 a unit, so I ended up only paying around $100 for my treatment! The treatment worked great, by the way.

I have been going to Tattoo MD for a couple years now, and ONE of the great things about the office is that you never feel like you've been ripped off. You get excellent service, a clean office, friendly staff, and top-notch medical personel doing the treatments at incredible prices. If you want to see a derm, that's your business, however, I would rather see Jeanine, a Physician Assistant, who does cosmetic injections and laser all day long, instead of scraping moles, skin tags, and acne.

I started off doing tattoo removal, and have done, botox, juvederm and hair removal, all with complete satisfaction. So I choose TATTOO MD!

I had a really great experience at Tattoo MD. I went there to get tattoo removal and i was nervuos because i knew nothing about it before I went. Both the receptionist and nurse answered all my questions and were super professional. I got my first treatment and found it to be really easy. i noticed fading after the first treatment, which is great, and I can't wait until my tattoo is gone! I wound up getting a facial while i was there too and i really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for tattoo removal or other spa services.

Tattoo MD staff are so nice and knowledgeable! The receptionist and nurse answered all of my questions, which i liked. The clinic is very relaxing, has a clean/luxurious atmosphere. I decided to get laser hair removal and will probably get my tattoo removed next time. The hair removal was really easy and not that painful. The nurse that did it was gentle and very thoughtful. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend this place.

When I got there, I was surprised to find that this medi- spa was tucked away on the second floor of a kind-of run-down looking, strip mall. I was surpised I found parking so easily. The receptionists, fortunately, was pretty nice. I didn't have to wait at all because the place was empty and that was nice too. I wanted a consultation for hair removal and tattoo removal and they say there is no pressure but to be honest it felt a little bit pushy to me. Throughout this medi- spa, you can smell a restaurant below, which is sort of distracting distracting (but that was okay because I was a little hungry). I guess I thought I'd smell soothing scented candles and such but that's pretty minor . My treament: My nurse was pretty good. She seemed professional and knew what she was doing as far as I could tell. She kept asking me what other services I wanted which again seemed a little pushy. I might go back once more, but I'm still looking for a better place. I guess I'm they type of person who is looking for exellence. After all, it's my body we are talking about here. I'll shop around but I have no major complaints. I think Tattoo MD is average or just below average (not in a bad way necessarily). Thanks!

I was sooo nervous about getting my tattoo removed because many of my friends complained about how painful it is. The staff at Tattoo MD made it a comfortable experience for me. Jeannine, the PA, did my treatment and she couldn't have been any cooler. Such great conversation. Really took away from the pain of the laser. And she really knows what she's doing. Very professional, clean office, great music, friendly staff. I'm so excited that removing a tattoo doesn't have to be such a hellish experience as my friends have described thanks to Tattoo MD.

I went to tattoo md for laser tattoo removal. My friend who also goes there referred me. The staff were all really nice and the office is beautiful inside. Their prices are very reasonable too. I read some other review that said this place is pricey, but that reviews sounds dumb overall and i think that person totally wrong. I researched other places and tattoo md is cheaper than a lot of others. I just got my first treatment. It went well and i look forward to going back agian. I am going to get laser hair removal on my underarms as well the next time i go. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but i have only good things to say about this place.

I had a great experience at Tattoo MD Medi-Spa. I went for laser hair removal, and while filling out the paperwork, did I realize how many other treatments they offer, that I already do, or want to do, and at such great prices. My treatment went very well and the office staff was very informative and answered all my questions. I was even able to start treatment the same day. It was a pleasurable experience and will send all my friends there.

I've made a couple of visits to Tattoo MD to get a wrist tattoo removed. I like that all the staff were very courteous and professional. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I had a lot of questions for the physician assistant that did my treatment. She was very nice and really took the time to make me feel comfortable. I was recommended to come here by a friend of mine who also got a tattoo removed there. I noticed that the previous review was really negative but it doesn't sound anything like my experience. I think that they must be mixed up.

I read good reviews about this place so I went in for a consultation for them to take my tattoo off. Honestly, they must have paid for these reviews. I don't think they gave a damn about me or about removing my tattoo. I was treated like a "sale", not a human, and I'm really not hard to please. Walking in, the vibe just felt off from the start. I waited so long in the waiting room that I started doing research on my Blackberry for other places to go to. By the time I went in for my consultation I had an appointment at a different tattoo removal clinic. In the consultation I didn't even have a chance to ask any questions - they just kept talking and trying to upsell me on other services in addition to tattoo removal. I don't mind when other services are offered, but I don't want to feel pressured to by them. Anyway, I had already made up my mind that I wasn't going to go with them before I even left, and a few days later I went to the other place I made an appointment at and it was like a different world. I recommend doing your research before going to this place. In fact, just save yourself the time and avoid this place altogether. There are other options that are less expensive, have a nicer staff that really know what they are doing, and they really take care of you.

I have been going to Tattoo MD for about six months now and cannot believe how well their laser hair removal works! A few of my friends go to the places where they charge by the hour (instead of by the area) and they have had to go in for 10 treatments to get the results I received in just five! It is the high end machines they use and their attention to detail (which we know is important for those bikini lines) that has made a big difference for me I believe. The ladies there are really sweet and the place is super clean and comfortable (and I'm a wimp so that is important). I have sent a ton of my friends to this place and they all say the same thing (we actually go in together now and sit in a private waiting room to gab while we wait our turns). And with Hamasaku (the best sushi place on the westside) just downstairs, we have made it a monthly ritual for hair removal and dinner with the girls (weird combo I know), but it makes it fun! I would totally recommend Tattoo MD to anyone! I've even gotten a little addicted and am now doing the IPL Photo Facials to clear up my acne and it's working! That combined with their skin care line has made a huge improvement over just a few months.

Tattoo MD was highly recommended by a close friend. The Tattoo MD staff were very professional and called me day before for an appointment reminder. In the lobby I found informative brochures on the variety of services that are offered including Laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, Botox, Restylane and more. Dr. Kaplan performed the Restylane procedure himself. I 've noticed my sun spot diminish in color. Dr. Kaplan followed up a day later with a phone call to make sure my skin was healing correctly. Dr. Kaplans skin care products are also fantastic. My skin looks and feels great!

In my forty plus years of medical practice I have found Dr. Kaplan to be a physician of the highest integrity. His skills are excellent and his greatest concerns are for his patient's welfare. I highly recommend his clinic TATTOO M D for anyone who desires cosmetic skin proceedures.

If anyone is looking for a place to have your tattoo removed - I highly reccomend Tattoo MD. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Kaplan at tattoo MD. I was a little hesitant at first about having my tattoo removed. But I went in for a consultation and decided to go forward with the process. They made me feel completely at ease there and the level of customer service was excellent. I always thought that something like this would cost a fortune - that is why I never even considered it before my friend referred me - again to my surpprise it was totally affordable. I had excellent results with the removal process and was happy to find that it was quick and painless. I highly reccommend Tattoo MD to anyone looking to have a tattoo removed - they rock!!

Tatto MD was recommended to me by a friend of mine who had her tattoo removed there and was very pleased with the service. I was a little sceptical at first as I ve checked the similar places and they weren't clean and doubted the expertise of the personal. Also I live an hour away. But I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw. The location is perfect, right next to the exit/entrance of 405 - easy to find, just make sure you do not miss the turn. Office is very clean, which is extremely important to me. I found the personal/doctor/nurse to be very competent in what they do. The office personal was very accomodating with me and I was offered several alternatives. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to a family or a friend.

Trust, respect, great value and a calming atmosphere is what you get at Tattoo MD. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. They answered all my questions and I asked a lot of questions! My tattoo has been successfully removed and I LOVE the results. I'm actually going back to for laser hair removal. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in having a pleasant experience with tattoo or hair removal!

Hooray!! I can't tell you how many different things I have tried for freckles on my face and chest. I'm a skin care junkie. I was tagging along with a friend who is having a couple tattoos removed and ended up getting a treatment. After ONE visit here, my skin already looks clearer. I was only trying to lighten some freckles and sun spots, but the results also included minimizing fine lines. I'm going back for hair removal as well. I'm going to be addicted to that laser... :)

Walking into Tattoo MD is very calming and professional-exactly what one is searching for when in the precarious position of having tattoo removal or laser hair removal. I have been getting photo facials for the past few months from Dr. Kaplan and my skin looks amazing. The texture is smoother and plumper and the brown spots are gone. It also helps with redness and broken capillaries. I was so pleased with the results, that I decided to try it on my hands. I've only done it twice so far, but I have definitely seen an improvement. The skincare line is great, too! The office is very clean and everyone is professional and nice.
