I have been shopping at Krogers since it was on Kingsland. I like the prices,my senior discount and I know where to find everything row by row. I do big shopping on Saturday, and pick up odds and ends during the week. But every time I go in, there's 1 Express lane and 1 regular lane open with several shoppers with big orders. Each time I have to wait and wait, I swear I'll never shop there again. As often as I go in, you'd think that the floor manager would know me my now, but I've never gotten any kind of greeting. One particular, Andy, is not customer oriented at all. I had a problem with a gift card, and all he did was hand me a telephone number and told me to call them. That didn't work, so I tried again. This time the floor manager (forget his name) was very helpful and solved the problem. I always try to get the older gentleman to pack my groceries as he's the only one that knows what to do. The others mix cold food with soaps, can goods, bread, etc.
I'm not the only one who gets aggravated with the lack of check-out stations open, especially on Saturday and today the Fourth of July holiday. While we're waiting in line, customers do talk back and forth. Hopefully, action will be taken on this complaint, so that good customers will want to come back.

I have found the Kroger on Mason Rd to be very pleasant. Everyone is nice and I am almost always greeted by someone with a smile. On one trip I had five people ask me if I needed any help finding anything. The only thing I don't like is their produce. Every Kroger I've been to has terrible produce. I do prefer HEB for my produce.

I've been to this kroger's location only a few times and this last time is the last time I will enter that store... There customer service is horrible...As I was checking out the cashier dropped my package of donuts which opened the whole container for my kids and didn't even bother to offer to get another and the sacker dropped my gallon of milk also didn't offer to get another.... I am a frequent shopper at Kroger's but I will never return to the mason road location... I will continue either going to the grand parkway location....or If I want to deal with rudeness and horrible customer service I will go back to walmart for food service....

The prices are okay but I got tired of listening to the cashier and bagboy talk to each other. They (no matter which aisle I go to) all do this. They don't even say hello! They just start ringing you up and sliding the food down.

This is probably the oldest grocery store on Mason Road, since Gerland's closed. Nonetheless, there are exclusive deals here for groceries and amusement parks. Not a bad place to go to every once in a while if you live close.
