My husband and I had gift cards for Sears. We wanted to spend them on a camera. We tried 2 other stores that were closer to our house, but it wasn't in stock. The person at the second store looked it up and found that they had one at this store in Moreno Valley. The clerk at the Temecula store tried to call, without luck. We tried on our own several times for 3 days. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! Since it was impossible to get help from this store over the phone, we decided to give up. They lost our sale because we couldn't get help.

While I don't go to Sears for the fashion, they can't be beat for tools, appliances, and so many of the things that make Sears famous. This is a nice, clean store with a helpful staff.
