Lyons Jim - Arizona Family Care Assoc

Dr. Cary is the person who helps me manage my chronic back pain. Without his expertise, my daily life would be staying bed but with his careful prescription of pain meds, I can live a normal life. He is an awesome doctor, kind and very caring.

Dr. Bansal is very foreign when it comes to bedside manner. It seems like every time I go into see her, she comes in looks at my chart, looks at me, says a few things, and then out the door. She doesn't answer any of my questions, instead she sends in her nurses, pardon me, her Medical Assistants, that don't know their head from their ass, to answer my questions. I go to the Doctor to point blank speak to her about my issues, but all that she is worried about are her numbers. She wants to see as many patients as possible, but doesn't care about the care she is giving. And whats this crap that she wont give results over the phone, I can see if they are life changing results, but come on, if they are normal, why do I have to come in, pay a co-pay, for her to tell me I'm find...its CRAP! More people need to be aware that their are bunch better doctors out there that actually attend to your needs, and Dr. Bansal is not one of them. People take your needs and money elsewhere, go to someone who CARES, cause she does NOT!!! I'm recommending to all my friends, family, and strangers to NOT see Dr. Bansal, she is a waste of time and money. I'm also taking my complaints to Insurance Companies, they should be aware of what kind of impersonal doctor she is, so they are aware to not refer their clients to her!

I would rather stay in pain than waste my time seeing him. Oh, I did stay in pain. I was referred to him by a Dr. Cary the street also. He thought that I was faking apparently even though I asked for a less strong pain med. He is very unprofessional. I am very naive. I thought it was strange when his nurse called me and told me that cary said he didn't think that he could help me any more. I thought that he did not do injections which I did get in NJ and they helped(this was before I got much worse) When I asked my Dr. for my records, I saw a letter from Dr. Cary that said I was displaying drug seeking behavior. If he thought this about me, he should have discussed this with me. Get your records from your Dr. See if he has any nice things to say about you. This happened to me last year. Thankfully, I am much better now and have been back to work for quite some time. I do not wish anything bad on anyone but I do hope that he experiences what I didand I do not understand why he became a PAIN SPECIALIST?? I understand that a lot of people do go to the hospital or Dr. for narcs, I am a nurse. If he is truly caring he could have talked to me. He didn't even have the decency to cal me, he had his nurse call. I am still upset with him but who knows maybe one day I will have the fortune of taking care of him in the hospital. IT IS a small world afterall.

Dr bansal is the best doctor. i would recommend her. she is a good and caring doctor. she very efficient and complete in her work , she knows her stuff.

Both Dr. Bansal and Dr. Cary are wonderful doctors. They are very insightful and really tend to your needs. I couldnt ask for any other two greater doctors than these two. I recommend seeing both, whether you need pain management(Dr. Cary is your guy!) or a Internal Medicine doctor, Doctor Bansal is very sweet and caring.

I am not surprised by the other comments by former patients of hers. My family and I were recommended to her, from the urgent care across the street a year ago. She is rush rush, and kept wanting us to come back to see her, every couple of months or so, when it was NOT necessary. We finally figured out that it is a money thing with her and we have since left for a better doctor in town. We DO NOT recommend her at all. She doesnt even check your throat, or listen to your breathing or heartrate.

I couldn't agree more with the other posting here. Dr. Bansal is very "rush rush." She barely took the time to get to know me and my symptoms, as you would expect for a brand new patient. I believe she is more concerned with quantity than quality. Some doctors are all about the money and she's one of them. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

I realize that there are a lot of doctors that have more than their capacity of patients... but when you are refered to another doctor one would think they would be as good... I was refered to a Archana Bansal MD... and I didn't think was that ill... by the time she took the 2 min. to see me... I had more wrong with me and wanted to put me on all kinds of meds... I am healthy... just had a cough... I will not recommend her or this association
